Bad Service of Tata Photon Plus

I purchased a new Tata Photon Plus Postpaid connection on 28th June considering the recommendations of few acquaintances. Since Initial days I started facing Network problems in the Photon Plus. I conveyed the issue multiple times to Sales person but they somehow misguide some or the other thing. Hence forth I as a customer now moved from sales to customer care. The customer care lodged a complaint and gave a ticket number.

Based on my complaint I got call from network team Engineer gave me many ifs and buts and told me a long long story. As I informed I am also a Technical person from Telecom he informed me out rightly that network up-gradation is in progress in the city since 01st May (I repeat  I purchased the connection on 28th June Network Upgradation thing not informed by the sales person). I called up the customer care again. The customer service agent informed that for surrendering the connection I wont get a single rupee out of the 5100Rs I deposited  for the 6GB Unlimited Internet Plan. I asked him to transfer the call to Supervisor after keeping my call on Hold for 15 Minutes the call is disconnected from other End.

For this Issue I have Now sent mails to Tata Docomo Customer care Id and also to the Appellate Authority. I am still waiting for the revert from them. One Interesting fact I wish to share with you is site donot have the contact details of Authority other than Delhi.

Following are the learning from this Issue:-

A. The claimed Internet Speed Vs Actual Internet Speed. Be it Browsing, Downloading or Uploading. It is our right.
B. I got the contact details of Photon Plus Sales person through Just Dial, Hence I posted my feedback as poor service against said listing in Justdial website. Now it is visible to other customers whom I hope will not be lured after reading my comments.

I will update you with happenings on this Issue. Probably my learning can help my readers who can avoid facing such issue in future after reading this post and take precautionary steps before purchasing anything. 

I suggest my readers to avoid Purchasing Tata Docomo Photon Plus Internet Connection.

19th July Update:- Still Revert is awaited from Customer care..

17th August Update:- Finally I got my place of operation changed and the coverage is better here.

I want to conclude the post here as Photon Plus Customer care handling of this issue is bad. Hence I am a bit disappointed. After I didnt respond there one mail they didnt followed me up for the update of this Issue. May be they want to dump this Issue after a while hence no feedback taken on this Issue till now. Even I as a customer has dumped this Issue from my end because I know no one requires customers feedback in Photon so why to invest time in matter of no Interest to Tata Photon Team.
