SSL Certificate is an important factor as per the recent Google update as it considers SSL certificate since it sees it first time also the current date in which the certificate is seen and also the count of days since the SSL certificate is seen by Google bot. Certificate will be considered accurate certificate if it is signed by the user himself. And also the domain carried by the signature is same as the domain which Google is looking at. Considering Https as base for Page Ranking it become important that we keep https strong encrypted firewall. It is usually recommended by Google to promote HTTPS which means an added Transport Layer Security on your website.
