This initiative would have a long lasting effect on every Competitive exam may be its IAS, PCS, SSC, or may be CAT, MAT, GATE like exams. I am here by talking about the Integrated Banking Personnel Selection Exam. In this Exam 19 Public Sector Banks are participating which is a Good Initiative on the Part of the Participants as this gives the opportunity for them to prepare and give a single exam and would have better opportunity for them to be successful in the banking exams, Also it saves the money to be given by the candidate as Examination Fees.
If this exam is successful in fulfilling the requirements of Banks and Candidates with its ease and being a Single Window for every bank and candidate makes it a successful initiative, Hence I propose more such banking and other Sectoral Entrance Exam Reforms for the betterment of candidates and the recruiting companies.
