Ombudsman for Civil Servants or Janlokpal is due to pass since long in parliament hence Sri Anna Hazare started the protest in Delhi on 16th Aug which has spread now all across India. I chose this topic because we went through multiple articles on the technicalities of this bill. But impact on future is missing. Here are the future effects of Janlokpal:-
1. He can track all the corruption cases against civil servants both at state and centre. (Far reach out effect).
2. He can bring the cases to justice which are pending since last 10-20 years. (Reduction in load on judiciary)
3. He would be only civil authority which is not under any government. (Honest Duty without pressure).
4. Would be elected directly by public or judiciary hence no politics involved. (No politics no partiality).
I think why not Anna Hazare be made the first Lokpal of the country who else is more cleaner than him. What you think?
